These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.typhoonfincare.in (“Platform”) operated by Typhoon Finance Consultant, operating under the brand name Typhoon Fincare (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Nature of Business:
Typhoon Fincare is a financial services facilitator and loan sourcing consultant. We are not a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or lender. We do not sanction, approve, disburse, or underwrite any loans. All credit decisions are taken exclusively by partner banks and NBFCs in accordance with their internal policies and applicable Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) guidelines.

RBI Digital Lending Disclosure:
In compliance with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines:
• Typhoon Fincare does not influence or participate in credit decision-making.
• We do not provide any assurance or guarantee of loan approval.
• We do not charge any facilitation, processing, or service fees from Users.
• Any fees, charges, interest rates, or penalties are levied solely by the lender as per the loan agreement executed between the User and the lender.

User Eligibility & Obligations:
Users must be at least 18 years of age and residents of India. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and acknowledge that submission of false information may result in rejection of services or legal action.

Prohibited Use:
Users shall not misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent applications, impersonate others, interfere with Platform operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Third-Party Disclaimer:
Typhoon Fincare shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, representations, warranties, or services provided by partner banks, NBFCs, or other third parties. Users interact with lenders at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability:
The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Typhoon Fincare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or lender decisions.

Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in the State of Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
