Typhoon Fincare – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your use of the services provided by Typhoon Fincare (“we,” “us,” or “our“), including our website (www.typhoonfincare.in),  and any related platforms (collectively, the “Platform“). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “your“) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.


1. Services Overview

Typhoon Fincare is a financial services facilitator that connects Users with:

  • Independent consultants and channel partners (“Partners“).

  • Financial institutions (banks/NBFCs/other lenders) (“Lenders“).

Key Disclosures:

  • We do not directly lend money or provide financial products.

  • Loan approvals are solely at the discretion of Lenders, subject to eligibility, credit checks, and their terms.

  • Partners act as intermediaries and do not guarantee loan approvals or influence Lender decisions.


2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information for loan applications.

  • Consent to sharing your data with Lenders/Partners for credit assessment.

  • Notify us of changes to your information (e.g., contact details, income).

  • Not misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes or fraud.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India.


3. Data Privacy & Consent

  • By using the Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy ([link]).

  • We may collect and share your data with Lenders/Partners for processing applications.

  • You authorize Lenders to verify your credit history via bureaus (e.g., CIBIL).

  • Marketing Consent: You may receive communications (SMS/email/calls) regarding financial products, even if registered on DND.


4. Disclaimers & Limitations

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or terms.

  • Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for content on linked websites.

  • Service Interruptions: The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.


5. Fees & Payments

  • Typhoon Fincare/Partners does not charge facilitation fees.

  • Lenders may impose processing fees, prepayment charges, etc. (review loan agreements carefully).


6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Submit false information or impersonate others.

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes (e.g., money laundering).

  • Reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform’s functionality.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
